Abstract

A study of the efficient management method of nursing manpower to develop Quality of Nrusing care This study was designed to look for the efficient management method of nursing manpower and to develop the quality of nursing care. Bascially, this study discussed the estimation, implementation and position ting of the nursing manpower by the review of literatures
The conclusion´s are summerized as follows:
(1) There are industrial enginnering approach, management engineering approach & descriptive method in the estimation of nursing manpower. The industrial engineering approach & the management engineering approach are more desirable the descriptive method to estimate the manpower rationally & scientifically.
(2) There are centralized scheduling, decentralized scheduling & cyclical scheduling in the method of
Time scheduling for the nurse´s duty plem. The cyclical scheduling is the most desirable of all methods. Also further studies are necessary to develop the model of Time scheduling & the estimation of nursing manpower under Korean situations.
